There are few people in living memory so associated with being effortlessly stylish and chic as Audrey Hepburn. You can't help but be drawn in by her magnetic gaze and long for her waif-like, winsome charm. She is truly in a class all her own. That, of course, doesn't stop of us from being inspired by her style! Simplicity is key. Clean, crisp lines--be it a black turtleneck and black cropped pants or a pale pink A-line dress. Her make-up is similarly clean: bold, well-defined brows, simple liner and a rosy lip. This is not to say these things are simple to achieve, but simplifying your look can often do wonders.I've definitely, very recently, taken a cue from Audrey's style. I dressed up as her from Funny Face for Halloween and attempted to recreate her look with clip-in bangs (see below for a pic). I'd never seen myself with bangs before, and I was so tickled by them that I was inspired to get bangs for the first time in my life. Just goes to show you, don't be afraid to try out new things in your style! Happy girls are the prettiest after all!
